Once you created an account and signed in successfully, please follow these simple steps: <br> • Select the specialty you are looking for <br> • Select the location and optionally you can select the “near me” option <br> • Pick up an appropriate date for the appointment and optionally you can select the “open now only” option <br> • Click on the find button You will find a variety of clinics which matches your search criteria. <br> <br> You can choose from those clinics depending on your preference and proceed with the rest of the booking process.

You will receive an email with the booking details and the location of the clinic. Also, the appointment will appear under “my appointments” tab and you can track the appointment progress.

Yes, definitely. Cancellation can only be, up to 48 hours prior to your booked appointment.

Yes, you can now define your insurance provider under “my profile” located within the application setting tab. You can define up to two insurance providers currently. <br> <br> Once you perform a search, by default it will provide you with results that accepts your defined insurance provider(s).

Yes, you can now define your family members or your friends and book appointments for them, on their behalf. Under “my profile” located within the application setting tab, you will find a section called family members. <br> <br> At time of booking an appointment, it will ask if the appointment is for you or for a family member. By default, it is for you but you can book an appointment for a defined family member.
